Work Location: Kai Tak, Kowloon Employment Duration: Contract until 31 Dec 2026 The Senior Manager - Adoption role is to ensure the successful adoption and integration of new Oracle solutions within CLP Power. This involves managing the change management process to minimize disruption and resistance while maximizing user engagement and satisfaction. The Senior Manager - Adoption aims to facilitate a smooth transition for stakeholders by developing effective strategies for communication, training, and support. By aligning change initiatives with business objectives, the role helps ensure that the business groups realize the full benefits of new functionalities and enhancements within Oracle applications, ultimately driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic goals. Responsibilities Solution Adoption: Ensure that new Oracle releases or solutions are effectively adopted by users across CLP Power, resulting in improved workflow and productivity Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the change process, including facilitating User Acceptance Tests Effective Communication: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan that keeps all stakeholders informed about changes, benefits, and timelines, reducing resistance to change Training and Support Implementation: Design and deliver targeted training programs and resources that equip users with the necessary skills to leverage new functionalities effectively Adoption Monitoring and Evaluation: Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback post-release to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify high potential areas for improvement Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges and resistance related to the adoption of new solutions and develop proactive business strategies to address them Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices to enhance future change management efforts Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure that all change management activities align with the organization’s strategic objectives, maximizing the value derived from Oracle application releases Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), or Asset Management (IAM) are highly valued Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage 10–15 years of progressive experience in engineering, business management, or transformation roles Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, especially involving ERP systems like Oracle Experience in technical operations, such as maintenance strategy, contractor management, and engineering excellence Experience in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and change adoption across business groups Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), or Asset Management (IAM) are highly valued Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage 10–15 years of progressive experience in engineering, business management, or transformation roles Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, especially involving ERP systems like Oracle Experience in technical operations, such as maintenance strategy, contractor management, and engineering excellence Experience in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and change adoption across business groups
