Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Conducting Goodwill Impairment Tests as well as similar impairment tests (e.g. of other intangible and tangible assets) in accordance with IAS/IFRS Executing company valuations for both German GAAP/statutory purposes in accordance with IDW S1/HFA RS 10 and IFRS Analyzing the impact of M&A-transactions and deal structuring Supporting M&A projects with respect to financial reporting, accounting and corporate finance issues (e.g. purchase price allocations), ensuring financial due diligence and carrying out risk analysis Support compliance and governance incl. data management related to Infineon´s subsidiaries Optimizing the group structure and driving the interaction with other central departments such as Legal, Finance & Treasury, and Tax Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Business Administration or Economics with focus on finance and/or accounting At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a focus on business valuation, and corporate finance as well as financial accounting A well-structured working style, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities paired with a proficiency in Excel as well as PowerPoint Good skills in project management in cross-functional project teams Clear and effective English and German communication and presentation skills Contact: Magda Gomes, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
