Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Manager, Ag Retail Operations & Customer Excellence on a permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a remote opportunity with preference for candidates located in Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary or Winnipeg. Preference for candidates within Saskatoon.  based across Western Canada.    In this role, you will drive the future of ag retail as a strategic leader shaping customer experience, digital adoption and data insights, and success across Co-op ag retails. This high-impact role blends strategy and execution to strengthen farmer relationships, unlock commercial value, and deliver a best-in-class customer journey.   What you’ll do: * Provide strategic leadership and coaching to a high-performing team, through consistent feedback and development.  * Foster strong cross-functional alignment with Ag Solutions and Energy teams while building a collaborative, accountable culture focused on performance, engagement, and results. * Drive a sales-focused culture by leading the development and adoption of training, ag retail operational KPIs, and cross-commodity insights—enabling Co-ops to improve performance, identify risks, and execute targeted action plans for continuous improvement. * Lead the development and execution of a holistic farm customer strategy, including segmentation, insights, and a collaborative roadmap with Co-ops to drive growth and engagement.  * Own customer experience metrics and insights—leveraging data, research, and feedback to inform continuous improvement and deliver actionable strategies across marketing, agronomy, product, and operations. * Partner with Central Marketing to deliver a strong Co-op Agro brand experience campaigns and own the tradeshow experience while ensuring materials are agronomically sound, locally relevant, and easy for field teams to execute.  * Drive a seamless, consistent customer experience by enabling bundled solutions and fostering strong collaboration across sales, marketing, agronomy, digital, and operational teams. * Lead the Digital Ag and Data Insights function to drive adoption and value from AgZone, CRM, and analytics tools—translating data into actionable insights that improve customer outcomes and commercial performance.  * Own and manage Marketing and Digital Ag budgets while providing leadership in annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly financial reporting to ensure effective allocation and performance against business goals. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with and lead a team consisting of a Commodity Marketing & Events Specialist, Ag Business Performance Leads, Digital Adoption and Data Manager and a Senior Sales Advisor, and will have 5 direct reports. You will report into the AVP, Ag Solutions. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation. The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Ag Solutions team, and across the organization with teams such as, Central Marketing, Finance and People & Culture. The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting Local Co-op Retail Ag teams. Why it matters: Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Business Strategy & Planning and: * Have 8+ years of relevant progressive experience in agriculture industry leadership.  * Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Marketing; or a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). * Experience in ag marketing, customer strategies, CRM, and knowledge of the Co-operative Retailing System would be considered an asset!  This opportunity is a Band 8 – Management position and falls within the  Professional Services career stream.
