Location: Noida, India Engagement Type: Full-time Reporting To: Group Compliance Officer & Company Secretary Industry: Medical devices and healthcare technology company About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/ AGM to join their team in supporting their corporate governance, secretarial and regulatory compliance, commercial legal work, and litigation oversight. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic healthcare technology company focused on medical-device innovation, and will help ensure that our legal and compliance frameworks support our mission of improving patient outcomes around the world. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal and secretarial oversight to ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Lead and manage Board, Shareholder, and Partner meetings, ensuring proceedings are properly documented and statutory records are accurately maintained. Oversee timely and accurate filings with regulatory bodies such as the ROC and RBI, including all event-based and annual submissions (e.g., FLA, APR, Form FC). Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring organizational interests are protected and contractual obligations are clearly defined. Manage legal correspondences such as demand letters, notices, and litigation matters, maintaining a comprehensive tracker for all ongoing cases. Maintain an organized repository of legal, commercial, and statutory documents, licenses, and registrations. Qualification Experience Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using legal-tech or compliance-tech systems. Prior experience working in a listed company (or equivalent corporate environment) is mandatory ideally with exposure to legal & secretarial functions in a regulated industry. Experience in the medical devices / healthcare technology industry will be preferred. Understanding of corporate governance, secretarial practices, regulatory filing requirements (ROC, RBI) and litigation support functions.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal and secretarial oversight to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage Board and Shareholder meetings, oversee regulatory filings, and handle legal correspondences.
