Crowthers has a team approaching 40 staff across the 4 offices. We are very focussed on building and retaining our amazing team, seeking to promote from within which is shown by the fact that many of our directors are home grown talent.

We are proud of our Company values and look for candidates who can demonstrate their ability to align with these:

You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our agricultural clients, ensuring compliance and delivering strategic tax planning.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in an accountancy practice with a significant level of recent experience in working with farms and/or estates. We are flexible in terms of whether the candidate specialises in accounts or taxation services, or both, and will tailor the job description accordingly for the right individual. The role offers excellent opportunities for progression for ambitious candidates.
THE INDIVIDUAL
The individual must have appropriate qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CTA and experience of working with farming clients within an accountancy practice.
Ideally the candidate will have traditional family values and be an excellent communicator, both with clients and our team.
The individual must have a high level of technical knowledge and experience, be able to work independently, be proactive, able to work under their own steam and show a high level of initiative. We are looking for a team player that can also coach and mentor our junior team members and assist with their career progression.
