Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and delivery of AI-related services for the banking sector.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and release AI solutions to clients.
• Build and manage a high-performing AI service team based on business growth.
• Guide team members on technical and business aspects of AI delivery.
• Act as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise and best practices within ABeam.
• Contribute to internal capability building and innovation.
• Drive ABeam’s visibility and thought leadership in the AI market.
• Represent the company in external events and client-facing engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Minimum 5 years leading AI-related initiatives in banks or consulting firms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms (e.g., ADA).
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle: data sourcing, model building, deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI applications across banking functions: retail, SME, compliance, operations.
• Practical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data governance and AI model reusability.
• Proven track record in building and leading AI-focused teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience interfacing with consultant level executives.
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment and exposure to knowledge management platforms (e.g., ALAN) are a plus.
