Job Purpose  Jobholder will be accountable for all land mobility operations at the airport with a focus on delivering efficiency and consistency in guest experience in line with the operational requirements.The jobholder will be responsible of facilitating and ensuring that the allocation of landside & airside resources is undertaken efficiently and in line with the SLA’s;The role consists of managing and coordinating fleet availability, meet and great guests and dispatch luggage with the aim to meet the required demand and deliver a positive and seamless guest experience.   Job Responsibilities Planning Responsible for coordinating with the stakeholders on the planning of Airport transfer and sharing the plan with Airport Stakeholders i.e. Airside transfers, Arrival & Departures.. Responsible for managing the Magenta reports and set up to continuously gather effective data for monitoring safety operations. Operations Represent Mobility in multi stakeholder Integrated Control center for operational oversight Lead the collaborate with TOCC, AOCC and external stakeholders for exception management in Airport for Guest and Executive Staff Transfer bookings i.e. Report incidents, vehicle mishaps, complaints and ensure continuous follow through action for Guest transfer service recovery Monitor the Airport transfers for on-time performance, share the updates on ETA with relevant Airport Stakeholders for better Guest experience. Comply with service standards, regulatory requirements and policies Responsible for exception and escalations on a daily basis. Responsible for gathering business requirements to improve operational efficiency of the system and process Monitor the Meet & Greet VIP Guests and provide them update on their journey, assist with luggage and allocate them the suitable vehicle. Responsible for planning and participating in the ORAT, Systems testing and go live. Address the risks, issues, challenges and report them to management. Undertake other tasks and assignments related to the job and as assigned. Accounting & Reporting Manage product details, correct pricing and transfer updates in booking system (Juniper) and Mobility operations Magenta systems; Responsible for reconciliation of Mobility transfers i.e. cost, group size, remove duplication and send approval for valid transfers to billing. Responsible for consolidating the exception and billing reconciliation Reporting of revenue on weekly , monthly basis Data Analysis & Reporting Lead and manage day-to-day mobility operations Magenta dashboard to ensure the availability of correct data elements representing the state of operations and exceptions. Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of mobility operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations, KPIs in the mobility space. Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the operations. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, considering the distinct needs of mobility services. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting for operations within the mobility context. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders in the mobility industry. Implement corrective actions to address operational challenges specific to mobility services. Perform any other duties as directed by management to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.   Job Requirements  Bachelor’s degree  At least 12 years’ overall experience  Experience in the Airport, Ground Handling or Transportation industry at minimum Specialist level is preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage) Strong understanding of Magenta / Echo system is essential. Good command over MS Office Suit.
