Advising the top management of our clients, e.g., on the development of holistic strategies for the sustainable increase of industrialization – including reducing time-to-market.
Leadership and management of (digital) transformation, efficiency and optimization projects along the value chain in the defense ecosystem
Inspiring, holistic and multiple project management, e.g., expanding production capacities or accelerating the ramp-up.
Design of innovative consulting products, development of new client segments and support in project acquisition.

What makes you stand out?

Above-average Master's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
Several years of experience in a consulting firm focused on defense – ideally complemented by industry experience in the defense sector.
Project experience in growth strategies, operations, industrialization or organizational development
Practical experience in project management – from defining objectives to team composition, task differentiation and team leadership, to success tracking and successful project completion.
Enjoyment of strategy development and implementation, as well as entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent English and German skills, as well as willingness to travel.
Motivation through shared goals and solutions with the team and the client
