Description du poste About the Role We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive our strategic alliances and partnerships across the [Insert Region]. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships at scale. Key Responsibilities Execution of the strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships aligned with business goals. Identify potential partners across industries and evaluate opportunities for collaboration. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation. Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful partnership implementation. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within financial services. Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies (e.g., open banking, core banking, digital payments). Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing regional teams and working in a matrixed global organization. Proven track record of delivering results through strategic partnerships..
