Description

* Lead SAP ABAP development teams across multiple modules (SD, MM, QM, EWM, FI/CO, PP, etc.) * Define and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and extensibility best practices * Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Drive design, development, and deployment of ABAP objects, CDS views, OData services, and Fiori integration * Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (GxP, FDA, SOX) and IT audit requirements * Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication * Oversee integration with middleware platforms (SAP CPI/PI, third-party systems) * Provide technical leadership in S/4HANA transformation programs, including upgrades and migrations * Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
