About the role Senior Manager, Annual Review is a senior, client‑facing leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of annual member statements, ensuring all publications are delivered accurately, on time and in line with legislative requirements and fund‑specific rules. Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement, you will lead teams responsible for statement publication, provide senior‑level governance oversight, and act as a key escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence and communications expertise, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement at scale. What you’ll be responsible for * Leading teams delivering large‑scale statement publications, managing volumes in excess of 10 million communications per annum * Owning the end‑to‑end governance and delivery of annual review and statement cycles across operational fulfilment and development streams * Acting as a senior client contact and escalation point, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution and strong client outcomes * Establishing and maintaining operational, quality and compliance frameworks supporting statement delivery * Ensuring legislative, regulatory and fund‑specific requirements are understood, tracked and met across all statement programs * Driving process optimisation, automation and efficiency initiatives, including post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement * Managing team capacity, delivery timelines, SLAs and KPIs to ensure statements are delivered on time and in full * Providing strong leadership, coaching and performance management to Statement Delivery Leads and their teams What you’ll bring * Extensive experience in superannuation or financial services, with a strong understanding of member communications and reporting obligations * Proven managerial experience, including leading leaders and teams responsible for operational delivery * Demonstrated experience in statement delivery, member communications or large‑scale publications within regulated environments * Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements relating to member disclosures and reporting * Experience operating in high‑volume, deadline‑driven delivery environments * Strong stakeholder management skills, including client‑facing communication and escalation management * Highly developed organisational skills with a strong focus on quality, risk management and attention to detail * Advanced Excel and data analysis capability; exposure to reporting tools or SQL is advantageous Some of our employment benefits * Flexible working – hybrid model enabling our employees to work in the office and at home * Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender Transition Leave, Well‑being Leave * Employee Recognition Program * Talent Referral Program * Salary Sacrificing via Superannuation * Employee Assistance Program * Learning & Development – self‑paced learning and educational assistance * Employee discounts – including Bupa and Microsoft * Novated Car Leasing Culture at MUFG Pension & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
