Description
The Senior Manager, Applications Training provides as the secondary support contact for the Clinical and Scheduling Enterprise Applications.  Participates in all phases of the system development life cycle including development of use cases and evaluation of software solutions.  Works closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams in developing training and workflow design. The Senior Manager, Applications Training role is a full time role that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call. Qualifications * Requires knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff. * Knowledge of areas that integrate with Cadence, including check-in, registration, benefits, referrals, PCP assignment, and orders. * Knowledge of areas that integrate with Ambulatory, clinical software * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution * Ability to work in a complex multi‑communication‑channel environment * Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams * Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues * Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one’s own work independently in a fast –paced environment with changing priorities. * Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.) * Strong knowledge of Cadence and Ambulatory Epic Application * Demonstrates ability to develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration * Knowledge in coding.
Responsibilities
