EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in networking, data centers, and server environments.
- Travel: Up to 25% (domestic and international) to support M&A integration efforts.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- The candidate has deep expertise in IT infrastructure architecture, including enterprise networking, data center management, server operations, and hybrid cloud environments.
- They possess a strong understanding of IT challenges in mergers, acquisitions, separations, and transformations (M&A), including infrastructure consolidation, network security, and cross-platform interoperability.
- They have extensive experience leading IT infrastructure teams, focusing on mentoring, technical guidance, and professional development.
- They can align IT infrastructure decisions with business strategy, ensuring that transactions achieve both operational and financial objectives.
- They demonstrate exceptional communication skills and can articulate complex IT concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
- They have significant experience in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that IT infrastructure integration aligns with broader organizational goals.
- They possess in-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in IT infrastructure.
- They have strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of successfully resolving IT infrastructure challenges in complex integration projects.
