Senior Manager (m/f/d) - Finance Integration & Transformation

As Senior Manager (m/f/d) - Finance Integration, you will play a key role in building our group-wide finance function. You will report to our VP Finance Operations and work closely with our Director FP&A, our CFO, and the managing directors of our subsidiaries, ensuring the successful implementation of group-wide finance processes, standards, and projects.

In this role, you will strategically develop our finance organization: You will coordinate finance projects, support the integration of new companies, harmonize processes, and create the foundation for a scalable finance platform. We need your support to achieve this!

Your tasks:

Finance Integration & Post-Merger Integration

• You will be responsible for managing the financial integration of new subsidiaries within the framework of our Buy-&Build strategy and will accompany them from planning to implementation.
• You will support new companies in the introduction and implementation of group-wide finance processes, standards and systems.
• You will systematically track integration measures and relevant milestones, ensuring transparent project progress.
• You identify dependencies and areas for action early on and manage necessary escalations with the relevant stakeholders.
