Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Develop and implement the visual strategy for the brand across various media, including print, digital, and social platforms. Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and editorials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Photo Shoot Direction: Conceptualize and direct photo shoots, including selecting locations, models, photographers, and stylists. Ensure high-quality output and adherence to the brand’s visual standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of creative Art Directors. Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure the team’s growth and development.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and relevant. Integrate new trends and technologies into creative processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Production, to align creative efforts with overall business objectives. Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
