Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence will lead Hillman’s enterprise-wide AI strategy, aligning intelligent technologies with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. Acting as a strategic connector between technical experts and business leaders, this role ensures effective cross-functional collaboration, organizational readiness, and successful AI adoption.

Essential Job Functions *

  • AI Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement a company-wide AI roadmap aligned with strategic goals
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases; advise executives on investments and ROI
  • Oversee AI governance, ethics, and responsible implementation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions
  • Act as liaison between technical experts, business leaders, and external partners
  • Ensure alignment across departments and drive integration of AI into core workflows
  • Change Management & Adoption
  • Design and execute change management strategies for AI initiatives
  • Build AI literacy through internal training and communications
  • Monitor adoption and refine approaches based on feedback
  • Business Impact & Innovation
  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI’s business value
  • Scale successful use cases; manage vendor relationships
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies for business application

Education & Experience

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7–10+ years in digital transformation, strategy, or tech implementation
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives
  • 3–5 years hands-on with AI/ML, analytics, or emerging tech
  • 4+ years of change management experience in complex organizations
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and project leadership
  • Preferred:
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with AI governance, data strategy, and vendor management
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
