  Job Purpose: Oversees the design and delivery of financial and operational reporting across RSG’s hospitality portfolio, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for senior leadership. Serves as a link between property-level finance teams and central Asset Management, driving performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and BI initiatives. With expertise in hospitality finance, the Senior Manager ensures governance, minimizes errors, and develops scalable reporting solutions for key KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP/NOI flow-through, and cost benchmarks.   Job Responsibilities Manage AM-specific BI platforms and dashboards in alignment with IT data architecture Develop financial models (NPV, IRR, waterfall) to support investment analysis and asset planning Produce executive-level performance reports using automated and validated data sources Design and maintain USALI-compliant dashboards for standardized portfolio reporting Ensure operator data accuracy and integrity through validation with enterprise data standards Conduct performance benchmarking using internal KPIs and external market datasets Monitor BI tools and data governance practices with Technology teams Drive operational performance data into actionable insights for AM leadership Optimize forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning using predictive analytics models   Managerial Responsibilities: Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission. Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets. Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance. Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication. Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.   Job Requirements:   Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.   Years of Experience:             Hospitality Finance Background: Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive finance leadership experience within the hotel or broader hospitality sector (luxury or upper-upscale experience preferred).   Multi-Property / Regional Expertise: At least 3 years of direct responsibility overseeing multiple hotels, clusters, or regional operations — including consolidated financial reporting, portfolio-level budgeting/forecasting, and cross-property performance management or equivalent   Other Requirements  CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of USALI, IFRS/GAAP, and hospitality financial systems. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage relationships with owners, auditors, and corporate leadership.
