We design and produce everything from music videos and photography to branding, merchandise, touring visuals, and cutting-edge immersive campaign experiences. Your Role:

As a Designer, you will be tasked with conceptualizing, creating and managing our artists’ visual world. This world comes to life via. moodboards or concept boards, directing photoshoots, creation or directing single or album artwork imagery and packaging. This role is critical to the success of our artists’ projects, so we are looking for someone who can understand the artists’ creative vision and bring it to life as a visual language for the artists’ internal team and management team to utilize for the life of the project.
We believe in the partnership across creative and marketing teams, so we work very closely with the Creative Marketing and Digital Strategy teams from the start to end of the project. Collaboration with the creative teams Video Producer and Digital Creative teams is key, as our projects are collective and cohesive across all creative touchpoints in the artist roll out.

Salary Range
$75,000 to $95,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
