Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our growing Private Company Assurance Group. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a driven and strategic CPA who thrives on delivering exceptional client service, managing complex engagements, and leading high-performing teams. You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership to shape client relationships and drive business growth within the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • CPA designation with minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in public practice, including at least 3 years at the Manager level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and delivering advisory insights beyond compliance.
  • Strong team leadership, talent development, and succession planning experience.
  • Advanced communication skills - clear, persuasive, and client-focused.
  • High degree of professional integrity, judgment, and discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex assurance, tax, and advisory engagements (reviews, compilations, and personal/corporate tax planning).
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on financial and operational matters.
  • Drive engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for high-efficiency outcomes.
  • Manage client relationships at the senior level, with a focus on retention and expansion of services.
  • Collaborate with Partners on business development initiatives and proposals.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional firm services and deepen client relationships.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Associates to support their career growth and performance.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of firm-wide systems, standards, and tools.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
