Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate People Focused Leadership: You will lead a small team including developers and other technology enablement team members; be a talent ambassador and strong people focused leader who motivates and develops team members
  • Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and drive strategy automation based on sound business fundamentals, economic thinking, benchmarking, and deep understanding of technology trends
  • Oversee Automation Development: Lead, plan, and maintain small team of automation developers, identifying and assigning automation opportunities, planning training and engagement for the group; develop partnerships and leverage supplier capability when required
  • Manage Automation Lifecycle: Managed-to-end automation lifecycle, including identification and selection of automation opportunities, assignment of automations, assistance in troubleshooting, lifecycle governance, production approval, and production support; ensure robust governance
  • Engage Stakeholders: Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership on automation successes, challenges, and opportunities
  • Enable Citizen Developers: Develop and execute programs for automation learning to enable practitioners and increase adoption of automation technologies
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Invest time in planning, discovery, and reflection to drive better decisions and outcomes. Highlight improvement opportunities, challenging status quo, and driving appropriate change. Identify, manage, and mitigate risk effectively
