Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title:- Finance Manager

Job Location:- DIFC, Dubai

1. Computation of Tax & VAT return.
2. Accounting Treatment as per I GAAP and IFRS.
3. Liaise with Auditors.
4. Review and Finalization of Balance.
5. Fees Amortization as per US GAAP.
6. Opex Analysis and Various MIS.
7. Co-ordination for various risk and compliance related meetings.
8. Facilitating of account opening in I-Core and SAP System & Account Rationalization Review of CRF
9. Documentation of various process and policies
10. Co-ordination for all SOX related activities and BCP
11. MIS and Analysis of Business and expense accounting
12. Ageing and review of other assets and other liabilities
13. Submission on RBI survey on annual basis
14. Review of Risk and Control, Self-Assessment Service Provider co-ordinational(SLA)

Desired Candidate Profile

5 to 7 years' Experience with Banking knowledge
