JOB PURPOSE To build top training capability in order to arm the sales force with superior disease and product knowledge and selling skills for winning the right way. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 1. Program Planning, Development and Coordination Identify sales training needs using appropriate methodology 1days Design and develop sales learning and training programs 1days Develop ,customize and compile sales training manuals and other training materials 1day Work with and seek assistance from internal resource e.g. sales management, marketing etc. and external vendors 1day Plan training courses to meet needs 2.5days Organize timetable and attendance 0.5day 2. Sales Training Course Delivery Deliver workshop 3 days in region National sales conference & cycle meeting 1 days 3. Field coaching and feedback to support the capability building align with BU strategy Develop useful tools and techniques to follow-up behavior change and competency level 1 day MR/DSM/RSM assessment 2 day Conduct field visit 2 day 4. Continuously Learning and Development Proactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleagues 5. Administration and reporting Supervision sales training logistics Prepare monthly reports on training activities Record training activities JOB REQUIREMENTS BA degree. Major in medical/pharmacy is preferred.
