Our eB2B Platforms team is dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative digital solutions that streamline operations and accelerate growth. As the B2B Digital Content & Merchandising Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our digital content and merchandising strategies, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences across our commerce and service offerings. You’ll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including product & technology, sales, operations, and brand, to drive meaningful impact and deliver results that move the business forward.

What you’ll do for us:

  • Lead B2B digital content & merchandising strategy: Own and develop a comprehensive digital content & merchandising strategy for both owned and third-party B2B platforms. Ensure the digital journey and assets are optimized for customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Establish merchandising standards to ensure consistent, high-quality content across all digital touchpoints.
  • Product content optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, operations) to optimize product content, ensuring that product images, descriptions, and other assets are clear, compelling, and tailored to the B2B customer journey. Focus on ensuring a seamless flow between product discovery and purchase or service engagement.
  • Content syndication management: Manage content syndication processes to ensure that product content is accurately distributed across internal and third-party digital platforms. Work with external partners, such as content management systems (CMS), product information management (PIM) tools, and digital asset management (DAM) tools, to streamline content flow and maintain consistency.
  • Performance tracking & optimization: Use analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital merchandising efforts. Identify trends and areas of opportunity for improvement to continually optimize the customer experience and maximize ROI across digital offerings.
  • Market trends & competitive analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in B2B digital commerce, service & merchandising fields. Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our platform remains innovative and competitive in the marketplace, identifying new opportunities to enhance the customer experience, improve engagement, and drive growth.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, design, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, digital content strategy, or related roles, with a focus on both physical products and services
  • Proficient in content syndication tools, PIM (Product Information Management), CMS (Content Management Systems), and digital experience platforms (DXPs)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience optimizing digital experiences for B2B customers, particularly in a service-oriented and eCommerce context
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and using data to drive insights and performance optimization for both products and services
  • Project management experience with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms and eCommerce systems, particularly in the context of product and service offerings
    Pay Range:$116,500 - $145,800
    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
    Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15
