What’s the role? The Senior Manager, Business Controls & monitoring – Regional Commercial & Agri provides specialist support, guidance and expertise to the Commercial Banking team to ensure the control environment, monitoring frameworks, people, systems and processes are aligned to our 1LOD target state. What do I need? Provide advice and expertise to the CB on all 1LOD BCM requirements including uplifting CB’s ability to proactively identify and manage risks Support Issue and Incident monitoring for CB-owned issues and incidents Lead Support Deep Dives and Thematic Reviews Support Risk Profile & Value Chains team with Value Chain Governance for any CB owned processes Support Managing Director (MD) CB and Leadership Team (LT) managing Non-Financial Risks, Compliance, Prudential, SOx, and Regulatory requirements, including attestations and returns Support and monitor Return to Medium/Appetite plans for risks and metrics outside of tolerance Why join us? Responsibilities
