We are looking for a (Senior) Manager BI & Data Solutions (m/f/d) who will play a central role in the development of a data-based infrastructure. Through your data strategy, you will significantly support our decision-making and contribute to the company’s success.

• Product owner BI infrastructure:
• Introduce the group-wide business intelligence platform based on Azure.
• Ensure the technical implementation in coordination with the requirements of the Sanoptis Group.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards to provide key business insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a data strategy: Establish data pipelines, structures and processes to identify and evaluate business-relevant use cases. Promote data-driven decision-making processes through close cooperation with specialist departments.
• Manage stakeholders: Actively communicate with the Head of IT & Cybersecurity, management, and other decision-makers to ensure a clear BI and data strategy. This includes gathering requirements, presenting progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Use artificial intelligence (AI): Develop and implement demand-driven AI models to improve efficiency, quality and revenue potential.
• Ensure governance and compliance:
• Collaborate with our Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with data protection guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
• Create transparency about data pools and their processing and use.
