Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Shape omni-channel marketing to grow the Audika brand and generate leads. Focus on creating seamless in-clinic and digital experiences while ensuring brand consistency. Use CRM tools to nurture customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, building brand awareness and elevating the brand. This includes positioning, messaging and market segmentation
  • Oversee and manage the planning, development and execution of all brand campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate our value proposition, key messages and selling points
  • Map the customer journey to ensure consistent integration of messaging, design and look and feel through all channels and touchpoints.
  • Work collaboratively with and provide guidance to marketing team colleagues to ensure all brand activity is rolled out consistently within their respective remits
  • Recommend and develop in-clinic materials that bring the Audika brand to life and arm leads and clients with the right information at every touch point, harnessing customer journey triggers and overcoming barriers to purchase
  • Work with global store experience team on new store layout design and implement in Australia
  • Stock management of in-clinic printed materials and collateral, including printing, storage and distribution
  • Provide oversight and expertise on local marketing activity that promotes newly opened clinics and builds their client base, setting them up for success. Execution to be managed by Brand Manager
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all brand-related matters, implement best practice and measure operational excellence for continual improvement. Build strong relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers to drive brand objectives
  • Work with the global brand team as well as conduct your own regular market analysis and consumer research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviours. Use these insights to inform brand strategies, tactics and optimisations
  • Lead and mentor 3 direct reports, providing guidance, feedback and support to help them be their best, achieve their goals and grow professionally

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Undergraduate degree (Marketing, Communications, or Business)
  • Advanced brand and retail marketing skills, bringing your best-in-class thinking and approach
  • At least 7 years brand management experience in a senior capacity, with a proven track record in leading successful brand strategies and campaigns, ideally some of which has been within the health sector (but not essential)
  • Strong retail marketing experience
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in retail marketing, CRM, and agency management
