We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand and Creative to elevate the COMPLY brand through exceptional design, storytelling, and visual communication. This role is a blend of strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution, requiring strong design expertise and a passion for building brands that resonate.
You’ll lead the charge in crafting compelling visual assets—including videos, infographics, custom graphics, and logos—while also managing a robust design system and template library to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will directly impact how COMPLY is perceived by clients, prospects, and the broader market, making you a vital contributor to our success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Design Expertise:
  • 7+ years of experience in brand and creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design, video production, and storytelling skills.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Expertise in creating infographics, custom graphics, logos, and video content.
  • Brand Building:
  • Proven experience in building and evolving brand identities for B2B organizations, ideally within SaaS or high-tech industries.
  • Ability to think strategically about brand positioning while executing exceptional design work.
  • Creative Storytelling:
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging assets that tell a story and resonate with target audiences.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a history of working effectively across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Template & System Development:
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and template libraries to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of compliance or financial services industries is a plus.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand Strategy & Leadership:
  • Lead the evolution of the COMPLY brand, ensuring it is consistently applied across all channels and resonates with our target audience.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
  • Creative Design & Production:
  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets, including infographics, custom graphics, social media visuals, logos, and presentation materials.
  • Produce engaging video content for use across digital platforms, from storyboard creation to post-production.
  • Develop templates for internal and external use (e.g., sales decks, email layouts, social graphics) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Content Development & Visual Storytelling:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives that support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Create visual assets that enhance thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, blog posts, and more.
  • Design System & Template Library Management:
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system, including a comprehensive library of templates, iconography, and other reusable assets.
  • Ensure the design library is user-friendly and accessible for internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration & Project Management:
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver creative solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
