Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To develop and implement brand strategies that align with flydubai’s goals, resonate with customers, enhance brand identity, and drive equity while launching impactful campaigns that boost revenue and expand market presence for current and new products globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and implements comprehensive brand strategies that support flydubai objectives and resonate target customers, while collaborating with senior leadership to align the brand strategy with the overall airline strategy.
  • Analyses brand performance metrics and develop insights to make strategic decisions, refine brand strategies, identify brand expansion opportunities, and create compelling brand narratives that resonate emotionally with customers.
  • Develops and oversees brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring alignment across with brand guidelines across all touchpoints, and evolves them as necessary.
  • Leads and manages brand related projects and initiatives with the team, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives and revenue-driving campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external agencies ensuring effective communications, and measure and report on campaign effectiveness providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Leads and mentors the Advertising & Branding team as well as the Marketing and the Content and Graphic Unit to support them in keeping their activities on track and foster a collaboration, unity and innovative environment.
  • Plans ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
  • Develops brand performance metrics and measuring tools to monitor, analyze and develop insights to improve brand performance, awareness, equity, engagement, sentiment, market share, campaign impact and effectiveness, customer lifetime value and retention, differentiation, employee alignment and advocacy.
  • Collaborates with Customer Experience and internal and external teams to conduct comprehensive market research to analyze customer preferences and behaviors, competitive landscapes and market trends to strategically position the brand for growth and to develop growth opportunities.
  • Enhances brand guidelines to maintain uniform and consistent brand positioning, visual identity standards, voice and messaging, usage guidelines and applications across all channels and brand related activities.
  • Maintains comprehensive brand guidelines based on insights gathered from a thorough brand audit to strengthen the brand present position, performance and ensure a unified experience, using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure success.
  • Shape and enhances flydubai’s brand identity and its market presence, driving the growth and success of the brand through effective planning, execution and adaptations in a dynamic marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the aviation or travel industry is preferred.
