Position Overview Stanley 1913 is seeking a creative and strategic Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing to elevate our brand presence and strengthen consumer connection in the North America market. This role will lead brand strategy development, creative storytelling, and category marketing initiatives that differentiate Stanley 1913 in the competitive landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives and experiences that resonate with consumers while driving brand equity and market share growth. What You'll Do Develop and implement detailed brand marketing strategies to strengthen Stanley 1913's presence in NA markets Lead creative development and brand messaging to ensure consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints Create category marketing plans and competitive positioning strategies that differentiate our brand in key market segments Craft and implement brand initiatives that foster emotional connection and improve consumer engagement Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop breakthrough campaigns that reflect Stanley's brand values of Creativity, Building and Invention Conduct consumer insights research and market analysis to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities Ensure consistent brand experience across NA customer touchpoints, from digital platforms to retail environments Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches Monitor brand health metrics, consumer sentiment, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions Lead brand guidelines development and implementation to maintain brand integrity across all marketing efforts Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of brand marketing experience, with proven success building and leading lifestyle or consumer goods brands Proven track record developing successful brand campaigns and creative executions Experience with consumer insights, market research, and brand performance measurement Strong understanding of US consumer behavior and market dynamics Consumer goods industry experience strongly preferred Agency or in-house creative development experience a plus A strategic brand marketer with deep experience in lifestyle brands and consumer engagement Creative storyteller who can translate brand vision into compelling consumer experiences Marketer who relies on consumer research and data to **craft** brand strategy A brand guardian who is passionate about building meaningful connections between consumers and brands Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
