We are looking for a seasoned and purpose-driven Senior Manager – Brand Strategy, Planning & Programs to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and communications planning, ensuring our brand remains consistent and member-focused.
Your impact
As a key member of our Brand & Marketing leadership team, you’ll drive the development of RAC’s overarching brand strategy and ensure it’s embedded across every member touchpoint, channel and initiative. You’ll also lead multi-disciplinary teams across brand, social impact, and creative services – all while influencing internal and external stakeholders to champion our purpose-led brand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of RAC’s brand and communications planning
  • Develop and oversee brand and social & community marketing programs aligned to our Purpose, Vision, and Mission
  • Influence and collaborate across the business to ensure consistent and impactful brand experience
  • Manage relationships with key agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Track and optimise brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead an in-house creative services team to deliver high-quality branded assets
  • Champion innovation and cultivate strong, engaged teams

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related field
  • Significant experience developing and delivering brand strategy and marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated success leading brand and/or marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of brand health measurement and ROI analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • A strategic, innovative and data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
