Join EY and help build a better working world. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain & Operations practice. In this leadership role, you will help clients accelerate the adoption of digital technologies to drive operational performance improvement across the oil and gas industry. You will lead client engagement teams, deliver high-impact professional services, and contribute to business development initiatives on strategic and global priority accounts. Our Supply Chain & Operations team partners with clients in the oil and gas sector to drive digital transformation and enhance operational performance. We help organizations leverage emerging technologies—such as AI, IoT, and Digital Twins—to optimize processes, improve productivity, and achieve sustainable cost efficiencies. Our work spans key areas including business process optimization, end to end value chain value maximization, operational excellence, digitalization of operations, and the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into business operations. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping clients improve overall business performance through the adoption of emerging technoclogies and application of business process optimization strategies.Your Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on enhancing operational performance (subsurface, production, logistics, process, drilling and completion, maintenance and reliability) for oil and gas clients.• Collaborate with clients to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies leveraging digital technologies such as AI, IoT, and Digital Twins.• Drive the implementation of innovative solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within client organizations to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technology and the oil and gas sector to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.• Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development. To Qualify for the Role • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 3 years in management consulting.• Proven expertise in operational performance improvement and digital transformation initiatives.• Strong knowledge of current digital technology trends, including AI, IoT, and Digital Twins.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
