SENIOR MANAGER - BUSINESS CONTINUITY

The Senior Manager Business Continuity is responsible for the development and coordination of the corporate-wide Business Continuity Program including planning, organizing, leading, managing, and controlling all aspects of the ongoing program. The Senior Manager Business Continuity provides guidance, manages large projects and implementations, and manages the Business Continuity team on initiatives in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Department Directors and the Executive team to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of progressively responsible experience
• 8 years of Business Continuity / Resiliency Program discipline that includes development, testing, and maintenance of Business Continuity or System Recovery Plans
• 8 years of Building and maintaining Work Area Recovery Solutions for Recoverable Planning Units deemed as critical
• 8 years of Influencing Business Continuity strategy for large organizations
• 8 years of Leading large, complex/critical Business Continuity projects
• 6 years of Managing/leading others
• 6 years of Experience coordinating corporate-wide, complex projects/assignments simultaneously and completing tasks accurately and on a timely basis
