Collaborating with Customer Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships, you will help define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges. As a Partnership Business Development, you will be a catalyst for alliance success. You will have the opportunity to lead development, marketing, execution, and management of key business development activities, projects, and programs, ensuring our partnerships flourish and yield exceptional results. With your creative flair, you will craft compelling content, establish unique go-to-market programs, and provide comprehensive enablement support—both business and technical—to drive exponential growth for our partnerships. Leveraging your in-depth understanding of alliance partner programs, you will secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl's deals and, most importantly, our customers. Serving as a liaison between our Practices, one or more Alliance Partners, and Account teams, you will foster win-win-win outcomes that fuel mutual success. To excel in this role, you will continually build and maintain a profound knowledge of our alliance partners and their industries, forging strong relationships that propel our collective growth. Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of Kyndryl's offerings, enabling you to deliver unparalleled value when solving our customers' most complex problems. Who You Are Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, marketing, offering management or similar field. Alliance/Partnership experience Past experience managing a large geographical and P&L Highly effective, passionate, and great communicator in both technical and business domains with a proven track record of driving growth through a global partnership or alliance organization. Deep understanding of cloud technologies, cloud trends (current and emerging), and other emerging technologies with an applied understanding of how they can be adopted by companies undergoing business and digital transformation. Ability to establish a network of contacts within Industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders Sufficient English skill to be able to run meetings with global participants Preferred Professional Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree Client/public facing role for a services organization Deep understanding of leading hyperscalers: AWS, Micosoft, and Google Experience leading transformational programs and projects, driving gamification, large scale skilling initiatives. Comfortable engaging with business leaders, technical leaders, marketing leaders, sales leaders, developers, and innovators.
