Role Purpose As a Senior Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding our market reach. Key Accountabilities & Activities Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Responsible for closing business deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets. Manage the complete business development cycle until the collection of revenue. Build and grow client relationships in government, semi-government, multinational, listed, and unlisted companies. Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs, and incorporate those inputs into the implementation of business growth strategy. Implement and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure business development success across all channels. Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on business development activities and outcomes. Spearhead a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of mentorship and professional growth. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events as the face of the company. Job Specifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized university (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Preferably a Western candidate or Bilingual.
