Job Description Due to the company's new strategy, exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add a Senior Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team based in Riyadh. As a senior manager you will help with the delivery of client centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise. Your Responsibilities: Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey based research services projects Receiving and understanding client brief to develop research design and proposal Designing questionnaire, interview / discussion guide Analysing data and information to develop conclusion and solid recommendation Analysing and evaluating results to present and report on work from proposal to analysis stage Contributing to contract negotiation and Prepare and control costs/budgeting Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers. Briefing and training field staff Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyse secondary data. Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration etc. Your Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in research-related field preferably with retail, marketing sciences or CRM emphasis Experience in Custom / adhoc survey based research especially in the area of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions would be preferred. Experience in digital analytics would be a further plus. Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in Arabic and English Strong organizational and project, and excellent attention to detail, with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time. Strong client-handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationship, and adding value and insight to our projects.
