WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Leadership to play a critical role in supporting our major beer client’s experiential activations at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and 2026 FIFA World Cup. Reporting to the Director, Business Leadership, this position requires an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in experiential marketing, sponsorships, and large-scale activations.
In this role, you will help execute best-in-class fan experiences, working across cross-functional teams to integrate brand storytelling, hospitality, and digital engagement into client activations on the world’s biggest stage. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution while maintaining high standards of creativity, efficiency, and impact.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, sponsorships, or sports activations—preferably with a focus on global events.
  • A collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong project manager who can juggle multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and manage agency resources effectively.
  • A proactive problem solver with a passion for bringing large-scale activations to life.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and production logistics for experiential programs.
  • Passion for soccer, global culture, and creating unforgettable fan experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and 2026 FIFA World Cup activations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global marketing goals.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, production, and operations, to bring activations to life.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency resources to ensure flawless execution.
  • Assist in the development of activation plans that enhance fan engagement, amplify brand presence, and deliver measurable results.
  • Support partnerships with FIFA, rights holders, media partners, and key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.
  • Drive innovation in experiential programming, including on-site activations, digital extensions, and social amplification.
  • Analyze program performance, tracking key metrics to optimize future activations.
