Description
Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for product changes, ensuring alignment with Lam's Product Change Notice requirements. Own the end-to-end PCN process, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing notifications to customers. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of change information. Maintain and improve CCC accountability systems, including customer scorecards, PG reviews, and meeting cadences. Lead efforts to consolidate and update CCC documentation and training materials, ensuring global consistency and stakeholder alignment. Interface with CCC teams, Product Management, Spares, and Manufacturing Operations to track engineering changes and ensure proper part flagging. Coordinate with global teams to manage BOM transitions, Option workflows, and deviation waivers, ensuring customer impact is clearly communicated. Identify and resolve Change Order issues proactively aligning stakeholders and customers. Define and track Key Product Indicators (KPIs) for CCC effectiveness, including change cycle time, customer feedback, and communication accuracy. Prepare and present regular updates to leadership and customer teams on change communication performance and improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience. An advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, supply chain, or product management roles. Proven expertise in Engineering Change Management, BOM control, and customer communication. Strong understanding of Copy Exactly, and Product Change Notification processes. Experience with Teamcenter PLM and SAP. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with executive stakeholders and global teams. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements. Experience managing change communication for Tier 1 customers Ability to navigate complex workflows and influence without direct authority. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
