POSITION SUMMARY

Leverage your expertise in establishing structure, developing processes, and applying creativity in this newly created Senior Manager position within one of CVS Health’s key departments. As a key member of the EVP, Ventures, Experience, and Technology Office at CVS Health, you will report directly to the Lead Director of Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will support multiple programs to support effective communications of our technology & customer experience narrative, foster collaboration across the organization, ensure current messaging being used and maintain our library of reference resources.
Your contributions will be essential in positioning CVS Health as a ‘digital first, technology forward, and data-driven’ organization. You will be responsible for managing shifting priorities and collaborating on high-traffic initiatives while thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years in project management
  • Managerial-level knowledge of technology, with the proven ability to drive cross-functional change

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Healthcare experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with SharePoint and/or intranet content management
  • Experience managing creative asset workflows
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, high energy level, capable of handling multifaceted projects while managing day-to-day activities, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset focused on agility and development.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required
