SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE REPORTING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Manager, Business Performance Reporting & Portfolio Management for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE REPORTING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will collaborate with Commercial Banking and functional partners to develop product performance analysis and reporting for liquidity management solutions. The focus is on providing actionable insights to understand client behavior, market trends, and product performance, supporting growth and profitability strategies.

SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE REPORTING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

Undergraduate degree in Business Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance.
5+ years of experience in banking or financial services with a focus on business and financial reporting.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including modeling, charts, and pivot tables.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Tableau.
Strong forecasting and analytical abilities.
Effective storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
A ‘Growth Mindset’ with a proactive and inquisitive approach.

SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE REPORTING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

Experience in Financial or Management reporting.
Experience doing variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze performance data across liquidity management products to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop strategies and enhancements for product and business reporting to support growth and innovation.
Generate business reporting and insights to highlight ongoing performance and portfolio health.
Develop strategies to drive product pricing evolution and monetization.
Manage stakeholders and relationships across Commercial Banking and Finance.
Proactively monitor, analyze, and report business financials and market information.
Research and report on Commercial Banking Deposit market share and competitive positioning.
Partner with product managers, sales teams, and data teams to gather and present product and client data.
Create product-level dashboards and reports using various tools.
