Define and execute enterprise-wide strategies for process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. Align business process initiatives with corporate objectives and portfolio priorities, and long-term growth strategies. Lead cross-functional governance meetings and provide strategic guidance to project and portfolio leaders. Serve as a thought leader, inspiring teams to new ways of working and continuous improvement. Adept at identifying program/project risks and opportunities. Mentor and coach program team members on business process essentials Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or Enterprise Transformation. Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across multiple functions. Ability to travel up to 10% travel to BSC sites Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Experience with business process documentation, Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies, change management, and enterprise governance; formal training in process improvement Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority. Advanced degree Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across interconnected systems. Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation to ensure clarity, adoption, and sustainability. Build strong, collaborative relationships with Finance, PMOs, IT, and other key stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and training sessions and support change management to drive adoption and cultural change.
