If so, Arla Foods Ingredients is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Business Process IT team based in Aarhus.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

The successful candidate will hold an MSc or equivalent degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, or a related field, combined with extensive leadership experience in IT development and process improvement within large enterprises.

We are looking for a colleague who can tick off most of the below competencies:

  • Proven leadership in driving digital transformation and IT development for process-related solutions.
  • End-to-end process mindset with deep business understanding.
  • Skilled program manager with a focus on strategic alignment and timely delivery.
  • Budget management expertise, including ROI evaluation and cost control.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and accountable.
  • Experience implementing or managing ERP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Exceptional at stakeholder management, effectively communicating complex concepts to business leaders.

The role requires occasional travel to AFI sites, approximately 10-15 days annually.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Business Process IT.
  • Develop cross-functional roadmaps and investment plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive project maturation, business case development, and decision-making.
  • Build future IT capabilities and scalable solutions to support growth.
  • Foster collaboration with central IT and business units to ensure effective delivery and operations.
  • Oversee project delivery, financial management, and performance tracking.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a global team, including direct and distributed resources
