  • Strong understanding of APRA’s CPS230 and its practical application (desirable)

Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, Business Resilience, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Westpac’s ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruption. Based in Sydney or interstate, this full-time position focuses on embedding resilience into the way we do business—through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead business continuity planning, facilitate impact assessments and scenario testing, and partner with key stakeholders across the Group to embed a culture that embeds resilience into everyday processes. Your work will help ensure our critical operations remain strong and our customers supported—no matter the challenge.
