Senior Manager – Business Transformation to drive business transformation, operational excellence and process improvement across the organization.

The role will work closely with senior leadership and multiple business functions to improve productivity, efficiency, cost performance, governance and overall business effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement measurable improvement initiatives.
• Develop and standardize processes, governance frameworks and performance management systems.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational and financial performance.
• Translate business strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Identify cost-saving, productivity and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Ensure successful implementation and realization of transformation benefits.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Strategy, Performance Improvement or Management Consulting.
• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG) is preferred.
• Strong experience in process improvement, transformation, governance and KPI management.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university; MBA / relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Strong command of English.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
