Tasks

• You will take on a leading role in our projects and be the central point of contact between the various stakeholders.
• You will support and advise our clients from various industries in the implementation of their business transformation projects - from initiation to completion.
• You take responsibility for team members and support their development.
• By taking on internal tasks, you actively contribute to the development of Algol, for example by working in one of our OKR squads.
• You will become part of our dynamic team with an open feedback culture and flat hierarchies.

Your profile

A completed university degree in economics, (business) informatics or a related field of study

• Solid experience in (large) projects (min. 5 years) with a focus on business analytics, process analysis/optimization and project or program management.
• Experience in leading teams
• Ideally, experience in business development.
• Expertise/specialist knowledge in one of the following sectors in recent years is desirable: banking, insurance, energy and telecommunications.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous (GPM/IPMA, Prince2, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe)
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, independent work style and high teamwork skills
• A confident demeanor and good negotiation skills
• Flexibility, high motivation and enthusiasm
• Very good German (at least C1) and English skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills round off your profile.
