The Patenting Transformation Office is responsible for driving and coordinating our transformation efforts, covering all aspects of our operations from the operating model, governance, processes, and ways of working to IT systems, tooling, data, analytics, automation, and AI.

The Patenting organization itself manages Nokia’s industry-leading patent portfolio and is dedicated to enhancing the value derived from Nokia’s patents and R&D efforts. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic strategy and business development professional to drive the transformation agenda and lead strategic projects in the Patenting organization of Nokia Technologies. In this role, you will ensure the business relevance and impact of transformation initiatives, contribute hands-on to high-impact project streams as well as help drive analytical problem solving and program communications. This is a unique opportunity to join the transformation journey of the Patenting organization at an early stage in a high impact role.

• Drive rigorous data analysis and analytical problem solving to support decision making

• 4+ years of proven experience on strategy, market analysis, and analytical problem solving from top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth business
• Highly proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development
• Proven track-record of delivering excellent results in demanding fast-paced project environments
• Strategic thinker with a strong command of analytical problem solving and data analyses
• Strong academic record with a master’s degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to identify and quantitatively asses business opportunities
• Experience designing and implementing management reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively at different levels of abstraction
• Able to handle complex concepts and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations
• Team player with ability and drive to independently produce quality deliverables on tight deadlines
• Highly proficient in producing high-quality materials and sharp executive level presentations
• Self-starter and completer-finisher with project management experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
