Job Description Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and user engagement across Quick Commerce (eg, pandamart & Shops) Analyze campaign and regional performance data to generate actionable insights, identify opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to the category and commercial teams. Prepare comparative performance analyses of campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Develop and execute promotional and calendar strategies, aligning internal plans with brand campaigns in close coordination with category managers and the Marketing team. Drive campaign profitability by optimizing promotions, enhancing customer retention and loyalty, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including Performance Quality Score and on-time campaign execution. Support ad hoc campaigns and contribute to broader business initiatives, including the NMR (non-merchandising revenue) mission. Ensure front-end execution meets company standards and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within fast-paced, consumer-facing industries such as e-commerce or quick commerce Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, CRM, offline, etc.) Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns under tight timelines Comfortable analyzing performance data to support execution optimisation and decision making Skilled in working alongside marketing and commercial teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, and able to turn challenges into marketing opportunities
