At Notified , our Growth Marketing team is all about building programs that move the needle. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing with experience taking campaigns from whiteboard to pipeline, who rolls up their sleeves to make it happen. This is a hands-on role for a strong marketer with a deep understanding of the B2B funnel, who is energized by campaign performance dashboards and is always thinking about what to test next.
Location : 155 University Avenue, Toronto, Canada. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday & Friday.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), Salesforce, and performance analytics tools
  • Curiosity about the “why” behind the numbers and analysis of campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of new business, upsell/cross-sell, and customer retention campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels to drive awareness and revenue from prospects and existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging, audience targeting, and timing with sales priorities and product launches
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Ops to ensure campaigns are aligned to pipeline goals and have strong follow-through across the funnel
  • Build campaign briefs, drive timelines, manage creative requests, and ensure all the moving parts come together smoothly
  • Work with third-party media and content partners to amplify reach and generate leads
  • Own campaign performance tracking, optimization, and reporting—connecting efforts directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Share results, insights, and learnings that help us make smarter decisions with each campaign
