Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.   In this role, you'll: Working as part of the People Operations Division, you will oversee career transition and redeployment across the Transport for NSW cluster.You will lead a team of career transition and redeployment specialists, overseeing the development and execution of strategies that support reforms, restructures, and organizational change programs. A key aspect of this role involves managing industrial agreements and mobility requirements, while mitigating associated risks to the organisation.As a program champion, you will deliver presentations to audiences ranging from executive leaders to impacted employees, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the transition process.You will provide expert advice, support, and tailored solutions focused on analysing people impacts and communicating critical information related to redeployment and redundancy. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for employees affected by organizational change.This position is a permanent position. Your home base will be at Burwood with Hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week in the office. You have a proven track record of navigating industrially sensitive and complex environments with confidence and integrity.You bring a proactive forward thinking, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach, complemented by deep expertise in stakeholder engagement and management.
