About the Role:

Yours is a role that will see you at the helm of building RX’s Cargo division into a world-class operation. From building Cargo infrastructure, to designing commercial processes and driving revenue growth, you’ll manage high-stakes relationships, oversee key suppliers, and implement digital strategies that align with our cutting-edge vision.
This role isn’t just about managing cargo; it’s about reimagining how it’s done. Your role involves selecting, appointing, and managing top-tier GSAs and offshore reservation units, whilst maintaining strict compliance with international standards.
Further, you’ll contribute to product development and collaborate with product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions which are fit for market, and create E2E solutions across system architecture, revenue management and operations.

About You:
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate 10+ years of experience in cargo commercial development within a global network airline.
We would love to hear from you even more if you have a proven track record of managing annual revenues exceeding US$ 50m and possess deep expertise in cargo yield management, supplier negotiations, and financial analysis.
