Job Description Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the offer strategy for the Trade segment. Analyze Trade CTG customers’ Needs including Product, Quality and Packaging. Develop and introduce core assortment for each Trade CTG. Constantly monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure METRO’s offerings stay relevant and ahead of the competition. Develop and implement category/product level pricing strategy for Trade that creates value for the customers and METRO. Continuously explore new opportunities for growth and innovation within the Trade market. Ensure that offers are effectively communicated to customers, ensuring visibility and driving engagement. Act as the key liaison between METRO Cross Functional Teams and external suppliers to ensure timely plan roll outs and stock availability. Regularly report on offer performance and make data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and improve overall business outcomes within the Trade sector. Qualifications Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably Business Management with a specialization in Sales and / or Marketing or related subjects. Additional Information 5-7 years’ experience in Sales Management Role.
